League of Legends Twisted Fate Paper Child

My first paper child! If you can't tell, it's Twisted Fate from League of Legends. He's a card master, which explains the card.

I kept seeing these paper child's online and I thought to myself, "why not make some of my own?" I'll do these in a series. Here's who I'm planning to do:
